A complete revival of a tired, weathered balcony into a warm outdoor retreat. The original space had cracked, dated floor tiles and a rusted metal railing that made the area feel neglected and unusable.
We stripped it back and rebuilt it with new composite timber decking, a sleek frameless glass balustrade, and warm integrated lighting along the edge. Finished with comfortable outdoor seating and fresh greenery, the balcony went from forgotten to one of the best spots in the home.
From surface preparation and waterproofing to decking and the new balustrade, the entire project was managed in-house by our team.
